At SPECTRUM we are proud of the high standards of our fire extinguisher / fire alarm service engineers. Unlike some companies we never allow a trainee engineer to carry out service work unaccompanied. All our fire extinguisher / fire alarm engineers are trained and certified to the relevant standards.
We are able to undertake the servicing of all makes and models of fire extinguishers and fire alarms so long as they conform to current legislation.
We offer two service plans for extinguishers:
1) Low service cost per extinguisher, customer pays for all spares and periodic recharges.
2) Higher service cost per extinguisher, includes standard spares and periodic discharge testing. ( Does not include refills of used extinguishers or replacement of damaged parts). Note: Certain extinguisher models are excluded from this plan.
The main advantage of plan 2 above is that it allows you to much more accurately budget for your annual service.
Servicing of emergency lighting systems is carried out twice yearly as per British Standards and fire alarm systems are inspected quarterly.
After each service visit a certificate is left on site detailing the items serviced and any actions needed to be taken to rectify any faults.
